Prayer of a Student Teacher

Father in heaven, thank you for the life that you gave me, the grace and love that I don’t deserve. Thank you Lord for the wisdom, knowledge, courage and strength in everyday that I live. Thank you for the people you used as an instrument to guide and lead me. Thank you for everything that I have in this precious life that you gave to me. Lord forgive me to all my sins, in doing what is wrong and not doing what is right. Forgive me Lord if I fail you many times and I don’t deserve your love yet you continue to love me.

Thank you Lord for the people who supported me whole-heartedly in choosing this course and help me in times of struggle. Thank you Lord for the school and to my cooperating teacher for guiding and trusting me in my practice teaching course, Lord continue to bless them beyond their expectation. Also Lord, thank you for the students that you gave in my internship. I pray Lord that you continue to guide them in their studies, bless them O God. Teach them Lord to be a model students in their school.

Thank you Lord for almost four years that you guide me in choosing this path, the path of teaching. Thank you for the privilege that you gave me in choosing this kind of profession, to be a teacher. At first I wasn’t sure for choosing what course I will take In college but after I experience teaching, you made me realize that this profession is the right course for me. Again, Thank you Lord for everything. All the highest glory, honor, and praise belongs to you alone!
