REFLECTION

My final demonstration teaching is the most awaited part of my Practice Teaching. On my demonstration, I expressed my thoughts and ideas I have learn based on my topic, I show how my teaching strategy is, and how I face my students through standing in front of them with confidence. From the objectives until the assignment of my lesson plan, I delivered it completely. While I'm teaching I have observers who's evaluated me on my performance. They tell me my strengths and points to improve and enhance. Most of the strengths they noticed in my teaching, I have a loud and modulated voice and I observed proper classroom management. The points to improve in my teaching, I must observe proper time management, I must use Higher Order Thinking Skills on distributing questions and I should prepare more differentiated task in the lesson proper to have a more lively class. Overall, my performance was good and succeeded on my Final Demonstration.
